Standard for remedial massage, it gives a wide scope for consultation and assesment, warm up and treatment of your soft tissue conditions, pain stiffness restriction or injury.
( A treatment plan will be discussed depending on the conditions presented)
For relaxation/ Therappeautic massage this gives time to relax and receivegreater relaxation techniques to more areas of the body and usually involves a back, neck , shoulders, chest, legs, feet, hands and some stretches. |

A comprehensive treatment . For Remedial Massage. This provides more time to address associated regions of related tissue , remote to the site of the local condition presented, or to treat a number of areas of concern if desired.
For relaxation/ Therapeutic massage this allows time allows a comprehensive treatment with more time for you to drift into relaxation, and allow more time to be spent on treating areas of the bodywhich can involve the back, neck, shoulders, chest, legs, feet, stomach, arms, hands, scalp and stretches. |
